Quality can be defined as the guiding principle of every stage of production, supported by flawless information flow, correct timing, and proper use of resources.

Since we work in recycled production, quality for me is not limited only to the physical characteristics of the product. The sustainability, traceability, and efficiency of the process itself are also key quality criteria.

Accordingly, for every incoming order, our priority is to supply the most suitable raw material by considering where and how the product will be used, maintain continuous communication with the field team during all stages of production, detect potential quality issues early, and take quick action to resolve them. Delivering customers’ orders as quickly as possible without compromising quality has always been essential for us.
