Knitting Facility

The following fabric compositions are produced on our circular knitting machines:

Single Jersey

Knit fabrics with a single-sided knitting structure; thin, flexible, smooth-surfaced, and suitable for lightweight garments.

Rib Fabric

Knit fabrics with two-way elasticity or non-elastic options, featuring double-channel knitting (1x1 or 2x2 rib); durable structures that prevent stretching and curling on cuffs and hems.

Rib

Highly elastic knit fabrics with a raised vertical rib-knit structure; suitable for cuffs, collars, and waistbands, offering excellent shape retention.

Interlock Fabric

Double-layered knit fabrics with a tight double-knit structure, identical on both sides; thick, smooth, and durable—ideal for underwear and sportswear.

Two-Thread Fleece/Terry

Double-layered knit fabrics with a smooth surface and a brushed or unbrushed reverse surface; medium-weight, durable, and offering good heat retention.

Three-Thread Fleece/Terry

Triple-layer knit fabrics that are extra thick and warm, highly durable, with a brushed or unbrushed inner surface and a smooth outer surface.

Piqué

Knit fabrics with textured, raised patterns on the surface; breathable, medium-weight, and commonly used for polo shirts and sportswear.

Waffle

Knit fabrics with a square or honeycomb-textured surface; voluminous, air-retaining, soft, breathable, and medium to heavy weight.

Fancy Fabric

Knit fabrics produced with special embossed, jacquard, or patterned knitting techniques, offering decorative and aesthetic textures.
