In line with our sustainable production approach, the procurement of offcuts (fabric waste, textile waste, cutting room leftovers) is of great importance to our company. However, this process is not carried out solely for cost advantage; quality, traceability, and production compatibility criteria are equally essential.

The offcuts we procure are classified based on their suitability for recycling or re-manufacturing, and undergo preliminary evaluation according to their types (combed, single jersey, 2-thread, 3-thread, etc.) and technical characteristics. As part of this evaluation, it is essential that the offcuts are clean, dry, sorted, clearly identifiable in origin, and sourced from reliable manufacturers or wholesalers.

As a result, our company accepts only high-quality, traceable offcuts that contribute directly to production processes; poor-quality, uncontrolled, or untraceable materials are strictly not purchased.
