Namık Sucu

Yarn Mill Manager

Quality and productivity policies are built on transparency, measurable numerical values, and statistical past experiences. These policies are developed by sharing them with all employees. There is intense communication among employees involved in yarn production. The products represent the company itself; therefore, from the owner to every employee, what we present to the market is the collective representation of all of us.

Quality and productivity require seriousness and care. Anything that raises doubt must be shared. The final output must always be accurate and flawless.

Every lot is checked for color and quality. Machine production settings are adjusted when needed to improve quality. Through re-inspection and measurement, statistical yarn quality lists are prepared. Any lots with detected defects are reported to the yarn sales team. Quality controls are conducted first by shift supervisors, then by the lab chief, and finally by myself. The quality exiting the yarn mill is the responsibility of all of us.
