Quality is one of the most important elements that shape a company’s image. The high quality standards adopted by each department in line with their responsibilities define the company’s overall philosophy and play a significant role in its development and growth.

 

As a Customer Representative in the Export Marketing Department, my personal vision includes meeting customer expectations, responding efficiently and promptly to their requests and inquiries, matching the right products with the right customers, generating alternatives, creating major differences through small details, identifying potential customers, and establishing communication.

 

Being in direct contact with customers means that both positive and negative feedback reaches me very quickly. At this point, my most important duty is to accurately convey customer feedback, with all its details, to the relevant departments. In this way, we can improve our quality standards and respond to the varying demands of different markets correctly and at the right time.

Fulfilling the role of a bridge between customers and different departments is a key step in ensuring a shared quality mindset across all teams. Although we work in different departments, as employees of the same company, we begin each day with the awareness of doing our best and end it with the pride of having upheld the standards we have set.
